Shortly after the birth of our twin sons, our family created a barbecue sauce blend that we’ve perfected by using a family recipe as the foundation.  At its origin, we worked to perfect the blend by using the sauce at cookouts with our family and friends. Later, once we felt the blend had been mastered, Dad made a large batch of our gourmet sauce for a company cookout. The sauce was so well liked that he was asked to make the sauce again and again, causing it to become a staple at the annual company cookout.  

In fact, the company was so fascinated with the sauce’s exceptional flavor, that they used it as their sauce of choice, during the world-renowned Memphis in May barbecue competition for a number of years.  During this time, the people who tasted the sauce would say, “THIS IS THE BEST BARBEQUE I HAVE ENTER TASTED”, and family and friends began asking, “WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO BOTTLE THIS SAUCE?”  Hearing this, the family decided to finally “Give the people what they wanted.”  

Our gourmet sauce is blended with dad’s recipe and produced by a Memphis based manufacturing company. Each serving of our sauce is carefully blended and stored in a glass bottle to preserve the quality and flavor that will add flare to your meal! Our family wants the rest of the world to experience the special blends and spices that make Phat Babies unique.
